Rob Zeaske

Rob Zeaske

Rob Zeaske is a seasoned executive and social entrepreneur who has rapidly grown multiple mission-driven organizations across social issues such as education, hunger, media, and international relief and development.

Rob most recently served as the director of Harvard Business School’s Social Enterprise Initiative (SEI). There, he oversaw SEI’s strategy and operations, including MBA and executive education programming, alumni and practitioner engagement, and supported faculty research and teaching..

Prior to joining SEI, Rob supported the rapid scaling of The GroundTruth Project as its chief operations officer. Previously, Rob served as CEO of Second Harvest Heartland, one of the nation’s largest hunger relief and nutrition organizations, where he launched innovative programs that became industry best practices.

Before Second Harvest, Rob grew Jumpstart to a national brand through the award-winning “Read for the Record'' campaign. As a Harvard Business School Leadership Fellow, he developed new models for program measurement and strategy at Mercy Corps. In 2018, Rob was named one of ten “Most Admired CEOs'' by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal and is a previous “Forty Under 40” winner.

Rob is a member of Young President’s Organization, and continues to volunteer in multiple nonprofit leadership roles. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Political Science from Stanford University.
