Nora Duran

Nora Duran is GroundTruth's Director of Human Resources. An accomplished HR leader, she brings 15 years of experience to the team, including work with government, international consulting firms and nonprofits. She held senior HR roles at RTI International, Metters Inc., and local government. Her expertise is in both strategic and operational HR disciplines. She has significant experience in strategic human resources planning, compliance, talent acquisitions, employee benefits, DEI initiatives, wellness, training and development, and management coaching. Nora was raised in North Carolina and is a graduate of Meredith College with a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a concentration in human resources. She also holds a certificate in the Human Resource Management Program from Duke University. In her free time, Nora can be found assisting local charities and community organizations. She is always seeking ways to contribute to her community.
