Nicole Mastrangelo is GroundTruth's Director of Institutional Giving. Born and raised in Las Vegas, she brings nearly two decades of experience in nonprofit development having held key fundraising positions at Southern Nevada's NPR affiliate (KNPR), the state's primary United Way chapter, and Nevada H.A.N.D., the state's largest provider of affordable housing. In these roles, she worked with business leaders and elected officials to help bring much-needed awareness and substantial funding to address issues affecting "The Silver State".
Her passion and dedication for nonprofit work has earned her recognition in her community as one of Las Vegas Woman magazine's Elite 25 and The Las Vegas Business Press' Rising Star of Business awards.
A self-proclaimed melophile, Nicole was instrumental in the coordination and oversight of a monthly funk and soul community event (aka dance party) that ran for 14 years in Downtown Las Vegas.
