Emily Huddleston (she/her) currently lives outside Cleveland, Ohio with her husband, two dogs, three cats and a dozen quail.
Through her organizing work Huddleston has gained an understanding of the technical aspects of connecting with local communities and individuals of all backgrounds, while creating a space of inclusion to foster growth rooted in values.
She has worked to inspire and educate the public through conservation issue campaigns and facilitate engagement on water and plastic production and disposal issues at the local, state and national level. Her experience in the nonprofit sector has also allowed her to strengthen her skills as a fundraiser, including developing and maintaining funder relationships, grant writing and donor communications.
In her spare time she channels her passion for the environment through numerous outdoor activities, the most frequent of which is hiking with her two dogs.
