Diane Christianson earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Columbia College, Missouri, where she majored in Business Administration. Since moving back to Northwest Minnesota in 2013 to be closer to family, Christianson has worked in finance in several capacities and most recently for the University of Minnesota Crookston as Assistant to the Vice Chancellor of Academic Affairs. Prior to this, she worked for BNSF Railway in Ft. Worth, Texas. Christianson enjoys home improvement projects and outdoor activities whenever possible. During the last two years she has spent many volunteer hours to manage, organize, and keep a local animal shelter open.
