Muhammad Fadli - Climate Change Reporting Fellow

Muhammad Fadli is a Sumatran-born documentary photographer based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Having worked briefly for a leading Indonesian news magazine, he has been freelancing since 2012 to focus on personal projects, editorial assignments, and co-founding a photo collective called Arka Project (arkaproject.com). His works has been published in PROOF National Geographic, Afar, DestinAsian, Der Spiegel, Monocle, The New York Times, The Financial Times, FT Weekend Magazine, Forbes Asia, Marie Claire Spain, and etc. Currently he is finishing a long term collaborative documentary project titled The Banda Journal (thebandajournal.org), which tells about the aftermath of colonization in the fabled Indonesian Banda Islands.
